The ACM India Joint International Conference on Data Science & Management of Data (CODS-COMAD 2020), which combined the 7th ACM IKDD CoDS and the 25th COMAD conferences, was held from January 5 to 7, 2020 at the prestigious Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, India. This event brought together leading researchers, practitioners, and students from across India and around the world to discuss the latest advancements in data science, big data management, and related fields.

Conference Highlights

One of the standout features of CODS-COMAD 2020 was the tutorial slides and the keynote talks delivered by experts in the field. These sessions covered a wide range of topics, including emerging trends in data management, machine learning applications, and ethical considerations such as fairness and causality in AI systems.

The proceedings of the conference are now available online in the ACM Digital Library, providing open access to all accepted papers and presentations for researchers and enthusiasts.

My Detailed Notes and Resources

During the conference, I took extensive notes to capture the essence of the talks and tutorials.

You can download the detailed notes here [Download link] to explore the insights shared by the speakers. These notes include summaries of key sessions, important takeaways, and references to additional resources.

Please feel free to comment if I have missed anything or other details for any particular section. I had missed the very interesting tutorials on Causality and Fairness.
